Gazebos
We have gazebos from £50 per hire
Why don't you hire one or two nights?
Because they take all day to heat, and anything less than the minimum charge wouldn't cover the costs involved to hire a £4000 solid hot tub, and pay staff. We don't hire inflatables less than 4 night weekend or 3 night midweek .
Setup
How is the hot tub delivered?
By Luton van, then rolled through to your chosen location.
How much room for smallest access for a solid hot tub?
We need 78cm wide at the most narrow point, 205cm height or 190cm height for the 5/6.no tight twists and turns a hot tub would struggle with, remember they don't bend round tight corners. This only applies to solid hot tubs
Gazebo information and liability
How is the hot tub filled?
By hose pipe supplied by the customer. Or you can add a hire of one and tap connections for £10, thats done online at time of booking, or message us with warning more than 24 hours please.
How long will the hot tub take to heat up? And will it keep temperature?
Between 15-40 hours depending on the time of year and spa choice .If warm filled from a standard mixer and combi boiler, its ready straight away. We don't wait while it fills, so someone needs too stay and turn the tap off when full. inflatables can take up to 30 hours to heat from tap cold, 1-2 degrees increase per hour, mostly 1 degree increase per hour. having air bubbles on and heat means it will loose temp or just fight against it, thats fine, but dont expect it to gain heat or keep temp while using air. wind and cold temps effect the hot tubs also, mostly with the inflatables as they have no insulation.but recommended times for usage is 60 mins max for adults and 10 mins for children, if under 10,they must not go in over 35 degrees and not for more than 10 mins.or consult your doctor for recommended times. The air button blows cold air inso that effects temps also in the inflatables, not so in the solid tubs unless very windy or cold. We cannot help heat times I'm afraid and sometimes they do stick on a certain temp, all you do is unplug for ten mins, clean the filter if tis the inflatable model (solid tubs don't get this issue) and back on. We advise to get some water out either bucket or open plug (inflatable only) and top up with hot as you can water until desired temp is reached, this will be a lot of hot water until the desired temp 37-40 degrees is reached.
We do not refund or partial refund for heat times or anything else, this is something thats out of our control, all you do is add hot water until the desired temperature has been reached if the integral heaters too slow for you.
We just hire the equipment, heat times are not something we control.
Does the hot tub have bubbles?
Yes all our hire tubs have air injection systems for more bubbles. All solid tubs have jets, inflatables have bubbles,NOT jets
Can i just use a really long extension reel ive got to power the hot tub?
Don't forget to read all our terms and conditions .
Plus they are texted to you including that We do not use extension leads longer than 10 meters and ours are in dry boxes .
We only use our leads .
If you want your hot tub plugged into this we will not do it .
If anyone is then question if they are insured .
It's dangerous and will melt plugs and possibly catch fire.
Even a ten meter lead is long.
We even suggest using the 3 meter lead of at all possible as a ten meter one had risks, but not as much as a 50 meter .
Add to that if anyone splashed that they'd probably be killed.
All our leads are 10m and in dry boxes and we are highly insured to 5 million pounds , adding this lead or one like it voids that insurance and adds a huge amount of danger to your family.
I'd rather refund and not do the job if anyone refuses to site the tub near the house and plug it in, usually through an open window locked on the latch .
Or outhouse or anywhere with a proper decent quality socket, not an extension lead run to a shed either sorry.
It just be a quality 13 amp lead .
We supply them
But yes your window will be open a crack , if that's not ok then sorry we cannot hire you a hot tub.
Yes it's rare but you can get a melted plug anyway on a high electric using item like a hot tub, but a long cable will amplify that hugely .
Safety always comes first with us.
What type of surface can the hot tub be placed on?
Any surface as long as it is level, very flat, not an incline at all, maybe an inch or two out max.We need 300cm by 300cm flat area for the hot tub ideally
Does anyone need to be there to take delivery?
yes an adult needs to be there to take delivery, so that chemical information and hot tub controls can be explained .we don't need you to be home for collection.
Can the solid hot tub be lifted over a wall?
Due to health and safety our hot tubs cannot be lifted over walls or hedges.plus they weigh 200kg,so is quite dangerous. We never go through someones house either.
