They were fantastic upon enquiring - really helpful on prices/different tubs and extras. They were excellent at communicating on day - gave a 30 min heads up when they were on their way. Great instructions so we could be set and ready for their arrival and they were very safe and Covid aware! Contactless delivery was fantastic and the tub was ready to go in less than 24 hours after filling with cold water.
Weve had a fantastic week hire celebrating my husbands birthday in the garden, the tub is comfortable, very hot (can be turned down if prefer) and the jets are great, easy to keep clean/maintain and so many instructions provided if any problem should arise. We also hired a gazebo which has been fab in this red hot weather to provide some shade for us.
We will definitely use again when we can invite all the family round and cant wait!

1 Week Hire of A 3m by 3m Gazebo- will not hire 15mph plus wind - Monday and Thursdays Only
WE DON'T HIRE GAZEBOS IF THE WIND FORCAST IS 15MPH OR MORE.
from £60 with sides 40 without and we have colours pink, coffee, and black , depending on whats in stock, some colours may be sold out .
If we cancel your gazebo and its part of a hot tub hire,and you decide you dont want any of it now, you will lose the £50 deposit paid, as we cant control weather and a gazebo is not needed.
The length of hire is the same as the other items, so for example, book a hot tub for a week, get the gazebo for a week.We do not hire gazebos longer than a week as weather changes, and people do not take them down.
3m by 3m Gazebo no sides
300cm by 300cm gazebo
please make sure you have 300cm by 300cm room for the gazebo plus room around it.
they must be taken down in wind over 15mph, but if its 15mph on delivery day or forcast, we wont hire it.
these can cause serious damage in wind.
even wind 10mph,if its still in trouble, take it down ,and erect back when wind has passed.
They are pop up gazebos and take 2 minutes.
You the hirer are responsible for the equipment once we leave, you are responsible for any damage they can cause, especially in wind above 15mph.
We will not be held responsible for damage caused to your property from gazebos or hot tubs
